Cash on delivery, recorded at the door and reconciled per run

What each driver owes at the end of a run is a figure the system already holds, not one reconstructed at the depot.

Recorded at the point of collection

Money collected at the door is recorded against the consignment as it is collected, whether it arrives as QR, card or cash.

What each driver owes

At the end of a run, what each driver owes is already known, so nothing has to be reconstructed at the depot.

Per driver, per run and per depot

Collection is reconciled per driver, per run and per depot, so a shortfall is identified against a specific run rather than found in a monthly total.

A same-day question

Cash on delivery is where an operator's exposure is highest, and the risk is not in taking the money but in knowing which run it belonged to. Recording it at the door turns a monthly shortfall into a same-day question.

Out of coverage too

Collections are captured in the driver app offline and sync when the signal returns, so the run does not fall back on handwriting, which is where collections quietly go missing.
